Need urgent help! Website suddenly unavailable on both front and backend!

    Hey WordPress community,

    I was working on the backend of my website today and suddenly got a WSOD! Both the front and backend are unavailable and display the following error message:

    Warning: require_once(/homepages/22/d365638637/htdocs/Tony/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/includes/core/um-actions-core.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /homepages/22/d365638637/htdocs/Tony/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/includes/class-init.php on line 1285

    Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?

    It looks as though the website that you require assistance with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.
