need url to map to mydomain

    our URL needs to now map to mydomain

    I am unsure of the log in to access this URL, when trying to see the website it shows the following error ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. ‘ but when i log in, I don’t see the domain attached to this account.

    So I am very confused.

    How do i find the account attached to the URL i need to move? How do i release the url from wordpress and map it to mydomain, if I cannot get into the account? The domain is not attached the wordpress site I am currently using, but I thought it was . . .what are my next steps? Is there anyway at all to speak to a wordpress representative(this is ridiculous)?
