  Hi there, did you also purchase hosting with GoDaddy or only the domain name? If you want to create your site here on WordPress.com, there are many resources to get you started creating your site. You can find them here: wordpress.com/learn/

  Alternatively, WordPress.com also offers web site creation services. You can learn more about this in this link: wordpress.com/support/do-it-for-me-website-design-service/

  Also, if you wish to use the domain name which you have purchased from GoDaddy.com with your WordPress.com-hosted website, please kindly follow the instructions here to have your domain connected to your site here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/#step-1-add-the-domain (There is a 60 days domain lock period, during that time you will not be able to fully transfer your newly registered domain over, however, once that period ends, you will also be able to transfer it: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/incoming-domain-transfer/#preparing-a-domain-for-transfer)
  
  Please also note, that to be able to use a custom premium domain name with your website, it must be upgraded to one of the paid plan subscriptions.
