Need website not blog

  While selecting options initially, I selected the first option for sharing photos and videos…as a didn’t understand it completely….Thus has left me with a blog creation only which I am not interested in. Can I change those settings.
  I have a bakery business and want to explore the business option.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
