Need widget/plugin to insert a twitter users avatar & profile into a post

    I am using the “Easy Twitter Links” plugin to automatically make a URL out of an ‘@username’ mention in a post. ie I mention a twitter name and the plugin automatically creates a link to that twitter account

    I am looking for something similar that will also load the twitter avatar and profile of the ‘@username’ – for example if I mention @stephenfry in my post the plugin would then add his profile pic / avatar and also the text from his profile.

    Does anyone know of something that can do this?

    Sorry, if you are using plugins, you are in the wrong forum and need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that blog would be self-hosted and self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported there.

    These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently and our answers typically will not work for you.
