Need WordPress staff help to recover an account of the behalf of my customer

  My customer have created this account in 2016 with a custom domain name, but this one was lost on 2019 (not renew).
  Because the email for this web site use an address with that domain it’s not possible to access the account.

  I have tried to use the recovery procedure :
  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
  But this one does not recognize the Transaction ID emitted in 2016.

  Can you guide me how to proceed to access the account again ?

  Hi there, the account @didiers68 was created today. What is the account or domain in question? Once we know that we’ll be better able to advise.

  Hi Jennifer, the account id is mpdieumegard and it was created starting 2016. Thx.

  The account recovery form is the best place to go to recover access to this account. Since the account is unverified in the forums we will not be able to access it or provide account-specific support.

  When filling out the form, please make sure you are including the Transaction ID and not the Receipt ID. It should look something like this:
