  In order for our company to subscribe to a WordPress Business Plan, we need WordPress’ Tax Residency Certificate for the year 2022

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.

  @hellointerakt’s question has nothing to do with the WordPress.org software. They are asking about a tax document needed for the purchase of one of the WordPress.com plans.

  Thanks for your response!

  We are based out of Mumbai, India and this is what our tax team has asked for, from the WordPress team :-

  1) Tax Residency Certificate (TRC) for the year 2022
  2) No Permanent Establishment Declaration (No PE declaration) on the letterhead
  3) Form 10 F – on the letterhead
  4) PAN of vendor or declaration in lieu of PAN, where PAN of the vendor is not available – on the letterhead
