  I have a small retail business here in Austin and had a hired a website developer a few years back to make a website for us. We now need some changes to be made to the website however, the developer is no longer in business and no longer supports our site.
  I would like to go ahead and re-design a website on my own using WordPress using the existing domain name but I don’t want to get rid of the existing one until I know the new one I designed is ready to go live. Can you give me some advice?
