Needing help please

I use to run a gaming community years ago but I’ve forgot a few things as it’s been a while. I have purchased a Vbulletin software years ago and I already have my old files saved where I could upload and then just update. What would be the best thing about this as in hosting ect… find a cheap hosting site? which i have but there having problems with there domain settings of some sort and I’m wanting to get my site rolling asap. Does wordpress do press hosting for the website where I could do while i get set up or?

It sounds like you are using the open source WordPress software, and we don’t provide support for that version of WordPress in this forum.
You would be able to run Vbulletin on WordPress.com under our Business Plan, but there’s no way to upload files directly to our servers even on that plan, so we’re likely not the best fit for your site.
For help with the version of WordPress you’re using you can ask at https://wordpress.org/support/. They can’t help with hosting issues themselves, but the users there will have experience of various hosting providers and might be able to make some recommendations.
You can also look at https://wordpress.org/hosting/ in that regard.
