Needing Help Superhero Theme

    I have tried upgrading my WordPress Theme to a more Polish look for my Graphic Design Business
    When choosing Superhero, I could not get it to look like the way it displays from what I had seen in the Themes Section.

    Because of this problem I than tried installing Canape. Going threw the Steps in Customize I was able to get it to work .

    From getting Ganape Theme to display correctly. I went back to reloading Superhero Theme going back threw the instructions. The problem came backup again.

    Header problem not displaying the full Size of the Banner I had created from the instructions.

    Create a post with a featured image that’s at least 960px wide.
    Note: The featured image will look best at a 2.88:1 width-to-height ratio, and at least 500px tall.

    I had followed the steps given best to my knowledge, but stomped not understanding what I am missing in order to get the Header Banner to display at full Width size like the Original Theme is Showing.
