Needing help with removing Hover/Fade effect

  Hi.. I’m hoping someone can help me. The theme I chose for my blog has a hover/fade effect over the images on the gallery page. At first I liked this, but now I find it annoying – it’s like looking through fog! Can someone tell me how to remove this effect?

  I’m not an expert with HTML and CSS, but I’m fairly brave about editing. :) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  I checked the home page at http://missdanirose.wordpress.com/ and all of the images appear to be embedded individually at full width and they don’t have a hover/fade effect. Could you link directly to a page where we can wee the hover/fade effect happening?
