  I can’t change bullets from “x” to circles.

  I believe that on your theme, Titan, the bullets automatically come out as ‘x’, and not circles, and there isn’t an option to change that. It might be possible that there is a workaround, but I don’t know what that would be (might involve CSS). You can consider a different theme, if you want to, I know other themes have bullets as squares, so it seems to be theme specific.
