Neglected Site Needs Help

  I’ve maintained a site through WordPress for years, paying $13 per year for domain mapping. The credit card I had on file changed, so my domain mapping ceased.

  Now I learn that domain mapping is included with paid plans, minimum $48 for a personal plan, or $96 for a Premium plan.

  Is that the only way to get domain mapping? Or, does there remain an economical alternative? Thanks.
