Neo-sapien header problem

  I am using the Neo-sapien template and I wanted to change the size and design of the header. What I decided to do was to go into the css and switch the head from

  background: #333
  to
  background: url(‘http://MyImage.png’)

  Everything is layed out how I want it but I can’t seem to get the image uploaded from the ‘custom header’ tab out of the picture. I would like to link directly to the image of my choice. Is there any way to get rid of the main header from the css. If even tried going into my ‘media library’ and deleting the image that the initial header was linking to. This worked and looked nice in mozilla but in safari it was giving me some sort of confused “Where is the image. I know there should be an image here but I just don’t see one’ blue box where the main header should have been. Here is my blog in case it is any help to see what I am talking about.
