Nero 10 videos with Videopress?

Is anyone successfully using Nero Vision (I have version 10) to create video that can be viewed in wide screen format with WordPress? It has a lot of options that save in an aspect ration of 16:9 but when I upload them to Videopress they get squashed and distorted. I was working with a longer Snow Day video and decided to do a lot of tests with a shorter one of my cats sleeping. You can see the results in a series of trials, only the one right from the camera is displaying properly.
Also have a support question in on this but if anyone has been successful, we could compare notes.

I have no experience with VideoPress, but review the stuff under “additional info” in the videopress support page to make sure all your settings are correct when you create the video file.

Thank you; already done; to the extent possible with a commercial product. The fifth test, for example is 1440 X 1080, which, as I read it, should trigger high definition and be widescreen.
