Nested comments are displaying incorrectly, ruining the discussion, all the time stamps are all over the place
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Jeremy thanks for replying, the threads I am referring to are quite busy as it is a crime site and we are discussing a trial.
But for example this thread from yesterday and this one for discussion over the weekend
Even today’s with only 50 odd comments early in the day are jumbled (I know replies to comments look wrong I’m not referring to those)

If this can be sorted it would be good because it is putting legal discussion out of context completely. Thanks

Hi Robbo,
Perhaps I’m misunderstanding what you mean by jumbled. On the post from 7/14 shown here:
http://aussiecriminals.com.au/2014/07/14/gerard-baden-clay-trial-day-21guilty-murder/#comments
I’m currently seeing that threaded comments are appearing correctly. For example:
The comments ares separated correctly in that example. Could you point me to a specific comment (with a comment link) and let me know how it’s appearing incorrect on your side?
-
Hi mate, what I mean is say I write a comment now and post it. It might show up at the bottom (where the newest comments should be, but sometimes is placed earlier in the day.
Folks email me and say hay I just replied to say “Mary” but it is showing way up the page from this morning.
So they are not showing in correct time stamp order. I am aware of comments being different to replies and nesting.

Hi Robbo,
To summarize, your readers reply to a comment on your site. However, occasionally, their comment reply gets bumped around instead of displaying in the correct order. Is that a correct summary? Could you point me to a specific comment where this is happening?
-
Yes exactly, that is what is happening. I will pluck some out and post the time stamps here shortly Jeremey
