Nested lists in widgets: Not possible anymore?

    Hello,
    since yesterday I see a distorted right-hand menu on my blog realized with widgets. It seems the distortion comes from nested unordered list that have always worked well until yesterday. Can someone please tell me whether nested lists are not supported any more? In case they still are, what else can be the cause?

    Edit: After trying some more, I find I can still nest ordered and unordered lists, but nesting unordered lists still distorts the menu.
