Nesting one theme inside another

    I want to make a wordpress-based site– like outside of my free one– where I use one wordpress template for the front page (nerdempire.com), but if you click on one of the links it brings you to the site for one of my novels (nerdempire.com/noveltitle) and I wanted that site to have it’s own theme– Is that possible?
