Nesting pages

I defined a parent for a page and saved it. When I visit the site the parent page shows and the child page disappeared. What am I doing wrong? I tried this at least 5 times – same result.

Please post the url for your wordpress.com blog starting with http:// so we can view the blog and determine (1) whether or not your do have a blog that’s free hosted by wordpress.com (2) or if you have a wordpress.org self hosted software.

Also note that in the vent you do have a free hosted wordpress.com blog, some themes do NOT automatically include a link at the bottom of parent pages to sub-pages (child pages). In that case you can create your own link at the bottom of the parent page to the child page. Alternatively, placing the Pages widget in the sidebar can provide accessibility.

I just started using blogs, so the text is meaningless, so I restricted access to myself only. I will remove the restriction if it help.

– In all themes with top navigation, the header displays parent pages only.
– In most themes, if you add the Pages widget, subpages will show up as indented in the sidebar; in Andreas 09 they won’t. You can make them indented by adding this before their actual title (html for blank spaces):
