nesting pages to a parent page

  I am trying to nest pages to a parent page in theme Coraline. They are not showing up.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I want to nest some pages but they do not show up in the drop down list under the Parent Page

  The Page Attributes module (in WP Admin) allows you to set page parents and templates, and to change the order of your pages.

  Thanks, although that didn’t seem to work – in the end I think I have got it to work by changing the Menu type and going into Appearance and playing with the Menu. Phew!
