  Is there a way to make several pages password protected without the user having to re-enter the password for each page they’ve visited?

  Also, is there any way to create a page and not have it show in the navigation menu?

  Yes. Create a custom menu and don’t add that page into it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
