Netvibes’ WordPress.com Module Support

    I just started using netvibes, which along with meebo seems like it could be a great parnter for wordpress.com. I’m sure the team already knows that.

    Anywho, they have a “module” on netvibes for accessing wordpress.com blogs but it doesn’t seem to work for mine. All I’m supposed to do is enter a url. but when I put in “http://myblog.wordpress.com” it says “Problem while parsing the module. Not valid XML.” I’m not sure if this is on their end, or wordpress.com’s. I’m reaching out to both places. Any thoughts?

    Cheers

    My thought are that as the volunteers on the forum are not the folks to address your request to and that you might consider sending a feedback directly to sysadmin.

    Agreed. This is more a backend issue that one we can deal with here in the forums. Please also remember that we’re running WordPress Multiuser and there are a number of large differences comparied tot eh standard WordPress one downloads and runs elsewhere.

    Future reference: including links to whatever it is you’re trying to do REALLY helps.

    Is it the WordPress.com Admin Panel you want to add? http://eco.netvibes.com/modules/5039/wordpress.com-admin-panel

    (someone is posting there that they have the same issue)

    All I had to do was click on the green “Add to NetVibes” panel, and it added to my NetVibes account.

    I think the reason it worked for me with no hassle was because I am already permanently logged in to wordpress.com with “Remember Me” enabled. Try

    * manually connecting to http://m.wordpress.com
    * setting it up so that it remembers you’re logged in
    * and then clicking on the “+ Add to NetVibes” button at http://eco.netvibes.com/modules/5039/wordpress.com-admin-panel
