Network of blogs — Looking for a team

I am currently entertaining the idea of creating a small network of blogs/mini-sites. Looking for potential candidates to assist, and help build something from the ground up.
Just a rough draft, but it’ll be a main site that splits off into a news blog, design/photoshop (tutorials) related blog, literature (stories & writings), web hosting, and even a forum.
Seems like a lot, but I am looking to meet and work with some new people. And with enough traffic & subscribers any money made (from ads) will be distributed evenly as I am not in this for money. Maybe even give away some stuff to fellow followers.
If you have Photoshop, writing, blogging, coding & design, and/or web hosting experience and are interested in learning more, please [t3ck- Email removed please don’t feed the spam bots] me.
I don’t mind doing this alone, but I figured working in a group is more enjoyable.

Ads are not permitted on WordPress.com blogs, so I’m assuming you meant to post this somewhere else.

Ads? Not allowed at WordPress?
I have read the FAQ throughly, and this violates no rules. A simple blog that just has many different options & categories designed 100% by me.
In essense, each section would be a “separate” blog, but all content will be owner-created.
