Network sites and regular admin/users posts containing iframes and scripts.

  The problem pertains to embedding iframes and scripts. When a regular admin/user posts an iframe or script, it automatically converts to an anchor . This problem does not occur when done by a super admin.

  I have disabled all the plugins on my site and the issue still persists. I have no idea where to start searching for the problem so any guidance will be appreciated.
