Network Solutions to WordPress

  I have a domain name with network solutions and I have been trying to login to WordPress through the network solutions platform, however, when I click on ‘login to WordPress’ it opens a different window that says ‘Safari can’t find the server’. I have also tried with chrome and same issue, they cannot find the webpage. I contacted network solutions, and they told me once I click on anything that should redirect me to WordPress site it is an issue with WordPress not with the networks solutions platform, this is why I am reaching out to you for answers.
  I just want to know how to connect my network solutions domain name with a WordPress webpage where I can add content. I saw the option of tracking the the domain name for $13 a year, but I don’t really understand why I have to pay an extra $13 a year just to find a domain I’m already paying for.
  I appreciate any help I can get.

  Hi it sounds like you’re trying to access a WordPress.org installation.

  If you are, check out the WordPress.org support forums https://wordpress.org/support/

  If you’d like to be hosted on WordPress.com, with the domain you’ve registered with Network Solutions, check out this support page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/ about domain mapping.

  Keep in mind that domain mapping is a paid upgrade of $13 a year.
