Neve Themeisle Download Content Not Working, Impossible to Contact Their Support

This is the site that I need help with. I am trying to change the theme of it, and I created a fake separate site on a different hosting to try and see if the theme works at all. It does, just not on the wordpress i’m needing it on. It gives me this really long error message:

^ That is what it’s supposed to look like. Themeisle’s website support doesn’t work and I have tried messaging them on FB.
Bottom line is that the theme isn’t installing correctly, i’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling and it still gives me an error every time I try to install the content. On the install prompt for the demo, if I switch off install content it’ll be successful but at that point i’m not getting what I need out of the demo which is the layout of the home page.

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.
Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software. Help for that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Additionally it appears the site is hosted by SGVPS.NET.
