Never got email to confirm a subscription to a blog

    I’ve entered my email to a blog to subscribe and have not received an email to confirm. I’ve tried four or five times — no luck. Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    can you please provide the domain name of the website you’re trying to subscribe to for a member of staff to have a look?

    In the meantime, you could try checking your spam folder, maybe the confirmation emails are in there.

    This is because at some point you flipped the “Master Unsubscribe” switch, blocking all WordPress.com subscription emails. :)

    To undo that, head over to https://subscribe.wordpress.com and enter your email address.

    You’ll be emailed a link that will allow you to manage your subscriptions directly.

    On the Settings tab, uncheck “Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com.”

    Once that’s done, try subscribing again.
