Never got order???

    Hello. My daughter placed an order for shoes…and never received them. Here is her order number & date she ordered them: [Order #171306] (August 19, 2019)
    She has tried to reach out to the Company (tokozom store) and is not able to get any response. I also sent them 4 emails…and still nothing. I noticed that your company is at the bottom of their website….so I am reaching out to you. Any help with this would be GREATLY appreciated!!

    Hi there,

    WordPress is only the software used to create the site, so unfortunately reaching out to the store is the only way to get assistance from them.

    What is the site address? The site doesn’t sound like it is hosted by us, but you could possibly reach out with a complaint to whoever their host is. Not sure if there is anything they can do, but it would be worth a shot. To find out where a site is hosted, you can put the add the domain in the field here:
