Never is not in the drop list for Repeat Voting

  I added a poll to a post and chose the Block by cookie radio button for Repeat Voting. The longest in the Expires drop down list is 1 week. I noticed in the documentation that Never was available but that is not a choice in my drop list. One week is not long enough I would like to set it to Never.

  Can I do this?
