  Hi @edoukiyoe, even if you didn’t decide to launch the site, it still used our upgraded infrastructure for the past year, so we can’t offer credits for that. We can help you if you’re struggling to launch, though. I’d recommend restoring what you had so far, first, as soon as possible.

  We keep a backup for a short while after you’ve removed your plan through expiration, cancellation, or dispute. If you’ll re-purchase the plan right away (using a coupon if you’d like), you can restore using these steps:
