never received my full refund

    I purchased a plan for $78 dollars. I couldn’t get my domain or any of my work uploaded to the website so I decided to cancel. I only received a refund of $30, not my full purchase. And now since I ‘cancelled my premium plan’ I can’t even get a human support person to get my refund…
