I’ve checked on our end and confirmed that the refund was issued from our end successfully. Your card issuer may have reversed the original payment instead of showing a separate transaction for the refund.
Can you check if the original payment is still there in the updated statement? You can also contact your bank/card issuer and ask them about the status of the refund.
