Never received refund

    I purchased the starter plan for $48 and was not a fan of the website builder. I refunded this purchase over 3 weeks ago and never received it back.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    I just checked our records and noticed that the refund was issued successfully from our end on March 10, 2024. Could you check with your bank/card issuer to see about the status of the refund?

    Some banks/card issuers will remove the original transaction from the statement when there’s a full refund (also known as a reversal). Could you check if that’s the case here?
