Never received the refund

I purchased domain mapping for my website and it was automatically renewed for the following year. I realized this when I saw the fee in my bank account. I cancelled and asked for the refund on the purchases menu but then I never received the refund despite the fact that it has been more than 3 weeks. The details about the transaction are below.

[redacted by mod]I didn’t even save my credit card so not sure how it happened automatically, let alone why I couldn’t get a refund despite I seem to have the right to cancel this type of upgrades during the course of 30 days…
Can anyone explain?
