Never received the refunded email

Hello,
I purchased a domain and a wordpress.com site a week a ago and changed my mind. I understand that the domain cannot be refunded but I want the rest to be as I realised I don’t neet it. I clicked at the right place and was confirmed I should received an email but I never received it although I tried several times on several days.

Hi, it looks like you hadn’t completed cancellation. No worries, though. I’ve removed the Premium upgrade and refunded all but the domain. I’ve also sent an email receipt for that. Cheers!

Hello and thank you. I saw that on my account but did not receive the receipt of the email ever. No problem though as I was able to print it.
But I did completed the cancellation and saw the quoted green message stating that an email was sent to me. I think you should check that emal issue for other users ! -
I’ve verified we’ve sent the email to you and was not rejected by your mail server. Can you search your mail for “wordpress”? In Google-based accounts you can search with “in:all wordpress” to search your trash / spam / social folders too. I hope that helps.

@reflexionesalternas – I see that we issued a refund for your Premium plan. It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
