Never see spam to verify

  My blog says Akismet has blocked 12 comments, but where do I go to see them and verify they’re actual spam? Every time I log on my spam queue is empty.

  Go to settings > discussion and under “comment moderation make sure that “Don’t discard spam on old posts” is selected and then click “save changes.”
