Never seen this before

  I was recently told in an email that no one could comment on my blog, so today I decided to go and try it for myself. Well when I hit the comment button I get his message “You don’t have the permission to access /wp-comments-post.php?for=jetpack on this server.” . I checked my file permissions and they are set correctly to 644, and 755, while files inside are also set to correct settings. I do however run cloudflare, and was wondering if that could be blocking it. Along with WP Ghost (Once was HideMyWP). The comments did work previously , but not now. Any help or suggestions would be appericated.
