Refunds are available for 30 days from date of purchase on everything but custom domain registrations, which need to be cancelled within 48-hours of purchase. Here’s more on refunds: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
As long as you are logged in with the username account that purchased the upgrade, you can initiate the refund from your Manage Purchases dashboard https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
Once you have canceled the upgrade, you can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to process and show up on your statement.

Is this request is for the personal plan on moneygroup.blog ? Please confirm and I’ll process that refund for you.
A small portion has already been refunded, but the domain portion for the .blog registration has not. We like to double check that you have no intentions on using moneygroup.blog again in the future? Once a domain is cancelled it can be nearly impossible to regain ownership of it.
