Neverending and Incomplete Imports from Tumblr

    I started importing my tumblr blogs to WordPress back in December. The first three went fine, but the fourth and largest apparently used up my upload limit. I did a lot of trimming to take that space back, but three months later it’s still showing as ‘in progress’ on the import page. My fifth blog also imported fine, but it’s only going as far back as November 2015, leaving out the first 6 months of posts. Is there anything I can do to stop the neverending import, and to reclaim the first few months of my other blog?

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any failed or stuck imports on your site, but I’ve reset the importer so you can try again. Please let us know if it hasn’t completed after 24 hours.

    If some posts have already imported they will be skipped by the importer during your next attempt, so they should not be duplicated.
