  hello, am trying to use wordpress to build my website and hosted with another provider ,I bought the premium plan I have the receipt for it, I don’t have any charge on my bank account and the plan was updated for a couple hours no is back to the free plan, I was never able to get the adds free and now I have a site with wordpress.com
  what am I doing wrong? how I contact someone at wordpress to look at this?

  thanks , am sorry for being such an amateur.. I just install wordpress on my host ,so I want to work with wordpress but maybe is better to deleted and start fresh because I have 4sites already and I wont be using those, lol

  If you are setting up a self-hosted site with a different host, then you don’t need an upgrade on WordPress.com. Self-hosted WordPress sites are completely separate and different from WordPress.com

  I see you’ve already cancelled and refunded the Premium Plan and deleted your WordPress.com site, so there is nothing else you need to do on our side.

  To get your self-hosted site up and running you can look at the documentation on WordPress.org. Their forums is also the best place to get help with your site. The documentation is pretty technical, though, so you might also want to check out a tutorial site like wpbeginner.com for help with that version of WordPress.
