New account and mapped url
-
Yesterday I purchased a domain from Register.com and tried to setup a new WordPress account using it and upgrading to Premium. I got to a screen that said that WordPress was creating the site. It seemed to freeze at this point. Now when I log into my account there is nothing under MY SITE and when I click to add the site it will not let me progress past the ‘Pick a plan that’s right for you’ screen. None of the buttons on this page will react to a click. I cannot figure out how to pay or how to get this site live.

Hi there. I see you did register a free WordPress.com URL, http://kenanderinsweddingcom.wordpress.com/, and clicking that URL does redirect to your custom domain, but it looks like you haven’t yet updated that domain’s name servers to WordPress.com – they’re currently pointed at Liquidweb.com. You’ll need to do that before your site will correctly appear at that domain. Instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/#instructions-for-mapping-an-existing-domain
You can also see more information by entering your custom domain here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/
As for nothing appearing under My Sites, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if that makes any difference. Also check what happens if you try the direct link to your site’s dashboard: http://kenanderinsweddingcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
You can then click on Store ->My Upgrades on that page to check whether your upgrade went through. If it doesn’t show the Premium upgrade there, let us know.
