New account going in circles

Just set up a new account. Purchased the basic plan with a dot com address, entered details, selected name, paid and then my confirmation email says domain cannot be registered. Grrr. Then added Google apps (which WordPress have kindly billed me twice for. Grrr.) just to get a google email etc. Everytime I try to log into this Google account it tells me my password is wrong (even after I request a reset) then Google is asking me to verify my domain, which I can’t seem to do….
Feel like this should have been the easiest thing in the world and 13 emails later I still don’t know if it’s giving me what I’ve paid for.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It looks like the duplicate Google Apps purchase went through 8 seconds after your initial purchase. I’ve refunded the duplicate purchase. It can take up to 5-7 days for it to be posted back into you account.
I’ve asked our domain team to take a look at your registration issue and I will follow up once I have more information.

I’ve had an email from you guys saying the domain name is an issue with Google. Have you cancelled and refunded both invoices to google as I am now getting Google asking me to add an account and set up billing. I have two related email addresses for Google. One I’ve had for many years and one I set up to link to my pbjeducation.com page. So if I try to set up billing on google it says I don’t have an account. All I want is a blog page with you with a linked email address. 😫 Frustrated.
