new account registration email issues

    Hi Support, I have just signed up for a new account, but i am not getting the new account email listing my initial password and account activation details. It seems as though the above email exists as when i start to register for a new account your system says account already exists. I have sent test emails to the above account and i get them ok, so i know my email is working and i have checked my spam folder and that is empty. I have tried the lost password option and still get no email from you. Could you please look into this for me as I have a new web site to build for a client. Kindest regards
