Looking to talk with someone about creating a new corporate account, hosting options (whether we need to go third party for hosting or if WP provides everything we need) and how to contact support about this NEW account instead of my personal account.

If you want to build a new site under a different account to this one you are posting from then you just need to create a new account using a different email address. Hosting is included with all plans.
