New account wont let me post a blog!

  HI,
  i am new to this site. I was setting up a blog and filled out all the info. when i went to try and post my first blog it said i didnt have access to do that. It said i needed an admistrator to invite me to be able to blog. Can anyone help me out with that? What do i need to do to get in contact with an admisitraor? thank you for the help. :)
