New add-on domain unable to access wordpress log in

I purchased a new domain through my primary account with unlimited hosting. Assigned it as add on. It said wordpress installed successfully and sent an email with log in info for wordpress admin for the new domain. I click the link in email to log in, and it loads as a weird site with bluhost links and ad links to related stuff, no where to log in whatsoever and no dashboard or options or anything. I have no way to access my site or change it or log in to wordpress or anything, haven’t been able to. Go to healthonanchor.com if you need to see what I’m talking about. This all is in one day, is there some 24 hour activation period before these links start working or am I missing something else? The email says everything should work

It looks as though the website that you require assistance with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.
