New added user can not log in

I added a coworker as a Admin under User so he can edit the content in WordPress but he is unable to login. I have used the username and password generated for his account and am able to log in but why can’t he log in the same way through his computer?

To add a user in WordPress.com hosted sites, you generally would not generate their username but add them by email. This sounds like a WordPress.org type site instead.

The site is made using wordpress.org
I just follow the existing add user tab that’s on the left side to add another admin. I can log in to the new account through my computer but with another computer I can’t.
How can I fix this? -
You would want to get support at WordPress.org rather than this forum, in that case. The user role system is a little different between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and the help we can give here won’t be relevant for your issue. Register for a forum account at WordPress.org if you don’t have one yet to get support for your site.
