new address will not become active until confirmed… link isn't confirming

    Hi, I need to change my email address. I put in the change and say “The new address will not become active until confirmed.” I went to my new email and clicked on the link inside to confirm the change, but the status doesn’t change. It still says it needs to be confirmed. I have clicked Save Changes and it doesn’t seem to make any difference.
