New admin of website and need previous admins details?

  A friend of mine runs a website that she purchased through another company. The company is of no help to her and is charging her for every need and every post, they have not told her how to work the website , meaning she must ask for help with everything. All at a cost. She came to me for help and I now need to set up a second email account to use with the wordpress website but because i didnt create the website i cannot view the domains and/or create new emails for that domain. Can anybody help?

  If you are hoping to add your email address/WordPress.com user account to your friend’s WordPress.com site, she’ll have to send you an invitation.

  If I’m not understanding your goal, please let me know and I can help further. However, just a heads up: if this is not a site that you own/administrate, for reasons of security, the actual owner will have to make requests that apply to her site.

  Thank you for your comment, as the website is http://www.floralfinesse.co.uk, as the manufacturer of most products on the page, the contact email is “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” we need to add a second contact “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” for another range of products.
  I am an administrator of the website but not the original hosting service, i am unsure as to whether i am able to add this extra email domain or not.
  The person who set up the site charges unbelievable prices for making changes to the website.
