New admin set up

  -I am trying to add an admin to my account.
  – Every time the new admin resets their password and attempts to login he receives the following error ‘User has not confirmed their WordPress account.’
  – The Admin has checked his Spam and All Folders several times and does not receive an email for confirmation.
  – The admin changes the password and is stuck in this loop.
  – the new admin shows up as confirmed among the user list
